The Cookie Ledger
Most cookie pages are long because most sites store a lot. This one is short, because the ledger has only one line in it. Here is exactly what Saint-Donat Casino Notes keeps in your browser, why, and how to remove it.
The single entry
| What | Where it lives | Why it exists | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your answer to the cookie notice | Your browser's local storage for this site | So the notice is not shown again on every page | Until you clear it |
That entry records nothing except your choice. It holds no name, no email, no device fingerprint and no list of pages you visited. The entry lives on your device alone; we never receive it.
What is not in the ledger
- Analytics or statistics cookies of any kind.
- Advertising or retargeting cookies.
- Social media buttons that load content from other companies.
- Embedded videos, maps or chat widgets that set their own cookies.
Because none of these are used, there is nothing to switch on or off beyond the notice itself. Saying no to the notice does not limit any part of the site; every page reads the same either way.
Hosting logs are not cookies
When your browser asks for a page, our hosting provider records basic technical details of that request, such as the IP address and the time. Those logs are kept on the server side and are covered in our Privacy Statement. They do not place anything in your browser.
How to clear your choice
- In your browser, head to the section for privacy or stored site data.
- Find saint-donat.org in the list of sites.
- Delete its stored data. On your next visit the notice will appear again so you can choose afresh.
Private or incognito windows usually forget the entry as soon as the window closes, which is why the notice may come back in those sessions.
If this changes
Should we ever add anything that stores more than your choice, it will be listed here first, and the notice will ask you again. For questions about the ledger, write to us through Send Us a Note. The wider rules for reading the site are on Using This Site.
