The office
Send Us a Note
The notebook has one inbox, read by all three keepers: office@saint-donat.org. The form on this page is a convenience. It opens your own email program with your message filled in, and nothing leaves your device until you send it yourself.
Notes we are glad to receive
- Corrections. If a definition, a settlement rule or an example looks wrong, tell us which entry and quote the line. We will check it again and fix the page if you are right.
- Explanations that did not click. If you finished an entry and still were not sure how something works, that tells us a step is missing.
- Topic ideas. A slot feature, betting market or limit-setting tool you would like explained.
- Problems with the site. A page that will not load, a table that breaks on your phone, or text that is hard to read.
Notes we cannot help with
- Account, deposit or withdrawal problems with any platform. Please take these to the operator first, then to the body that licenses it.
- Whether a site is legal in your country. Your local regulator is the reliable source for that.
- Tips, picks or predictions. We do not publish them and will not send them by email.
- Personal counselling. We are writers, not support workers. If gambling is worrying you, Play Within Limits explains how to find local help.
A few practical points
A link to the page and a sentence or two are all we need. Please leave out sensitive information such as account numbers, passwords or details of your finances; it is safer not to email those at all.
We are a small team, so an answer can take a few working days, longer if a correction means reworking an entry. Every note is read. How we treat your message afterwards is explained in our Privacy Statement.
Before you write
Some questions already have an answer on the site. How we pick topics and check facts is set out in Our Research Process, and why we never give games a numeric score is explained in Behind Our Ratings. If a term in an entry puzzled you, Betting Words Defined may clear it up faster than an email.
We do not have an office open to visitors or a phone line. Email is the only way to reach us, and that suits a notebook made of written pages.
About our replies
One inbox, three readers
Every note sent to the keepers is read, usually by more than one of us. Error reports move to the front of the queue, since a wrong settlement rule could mislead someone at the worst moment.
Please keep account trouble with the operator and, after that, its regulator. We are writers with no access to anyone's balance.
